- No exchange or refund upon purchase as all items are checked before being sent out.
- All items will be sent by Registered Mail. Should there be any lost mail, we will not be responsible for it.
***Registered mail
provides a tracking number to track your parcel. You can go to www.singpost.com.sg to track your items whereabouts.***
- Registered mail provides doorstep delivery. However, if there is no one to receive the package upon delivery, a notification card will be dropped into the mailbox for collection at the nearest post office.
- Measurement & Colour may be slightly different due to computer's screen resolution/capture capability of the camera.
- Kyorii Shop has the right to change any terms & conditions or promotions.
- Kyorii Shop will refund the payment if the item is no longer available or defects are found before delivery.
Customers can choose to accept the refund or select another item, any price differences in the newly selected item will be refunded or topped up accordingly.
